Do you mix groups?
Never. Every departure is exclusively for your group. You have the boat, the skipper and the host entirely to yourselves.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 15 days before departure. Between 15 days and 48 hours before, a 50% fee applies. Less than 48 hours before, 100% of the booking is charged. We offer free rescheduling for weather cancellations.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Your safety always comes first. If conditions are unsafe we will contact you at the earliest opportunity and help you reschedule at no charge.
Can you accommodate children?
Yes — children are welcome and count toward the guest total. Life jackets of all sizes are on board. Let us know in advance so we can prepare.
Can I customise the route?
Absolutely. Our full day charter is designed to be fully bespoke. For half-day experiences we are happy to discuss preferences and adjust where possible.
How do I pay?
We accept bank transfer, Revolut, card payment (TPA) and cash. 50% is due at the time of booking and the remaining 50% up to 48 hours before departure.
